jeffrey-berman 02Jeffrey Berman is the writer/producer of the web series Naught for Hire. He has written a number of scripts for Hollywood studios such as Disney and Paramount.

His first spec script was purchased by Ron Howard and Brian Grazer at Imagine Films. Early on he had been a segment producer on the TV series Love Connection.

Jeffrey is also the creator and host of The Write Environment interview series which has been licensed for broadcast by KCET TV in Los Angeles which carries a number of PBS series as well.

Juliet Landau - Precious - Naught for HireActress, director, writer, voice artist, producer - multi-talented Juliet Landau has done it all.

As an actress, Juliet has played many roles in her career but she is probably best known as the naughty but delicious vampire Drusilla on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel TV series. Her character earned her a Saturn Award nomination. In addition to many other roles, she is also known for co-starring as Loretta King Hadler in Tim Burton's film Ed Wood. Juliet has also earned high praise for many of her theater roles.

Juliet's first work as director was a short documentary film about Gary Oldman - Take Flight.  She has co-written for the Angel TV series comic books with Brian Lynch and voiced characters for both animation series and video games.

Juliet has been picked to voice Nick Naught's amorous car and personal assistant Precious.

ben browder portraitBen Browder is probably best known for his portrayal of astronaut John Crichton on the SciFi (now SyFy) Channel's first original TV series, Farscape. He received two Saturn Awards for Best Actor in a Television Series for his role in Farscape and also wrote two episodes for the popular series.

Ben returned to the SciFi Channel when he joined the cast of Stargate SG-1 for its ninth and tenth seasons in 2005. He played Lieutenant Colonel Cameron Mitchell, the new commanding officer of SG-1.

Before his role in Farscape, Ben was a recurring guest during the third season of the U.S. television show Party of Five as Sam Brody.

He appeared in the 2004 movie, A Killer Within, and portrayed fellow actor Lee Majors in the made-for-TV film Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of Charlie's Angels.

In January 2005, Ben voiced the character Bartholomew Aloysius "Bat" Lash in an episode of the animated series Justice League Unlimited entitled "The Once and Future Thing, Part 1: Weird Western Tales.”

In addition to portraying Nick Naught, Ben Browder is also an Executive Producer for the Naught for Hire web series.

 

Ben will portray Nick Naught, a Private Investigator living in a future 20 years from today. While solving cases for clients, Nick must contend with the day-to-day technology that appears in everything he uses. He has troubles dealing with the technology and apparently the technology is just fine with that.

He's an analog guy living in a digital world.

Jonathan Kessleman is an award winning director of the Naught for Hire trailer.

In addition to directing commercials and music videos, Jonathan is also a consultant/sketch writer, script writer and producer working with companies such as Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, Paramount and Sony. Jonathan's newly formed production company is The World Wide Media Conspiracy.
